At Rotho, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home organization solutions. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original Rotho packaging, ensuring all components are included and the products are securely protected for transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid return label and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel, making sure to remove or cover any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
